Mail From Our Owners
-Cy, Iowa (Sandi-Nov 2007 Litter)
Update 08/22/10
"We have attached a pic of our Cy. He is the sweetest boy and has been
highly trainable. As you can see from the pic, he is pretty spoiled. We adore
him.
Great story for you... The first time we took him out hunting, we took him to an area where we had just seen a pheasant land. Since he had never seen or smelled a live pheasant, we didn't know if he knew what he was looking for. That question was answered after his attention remained frozen on a rabbit hole for about 5-10 minutes. Finally we commanded him away from it, but when he lifted his head from the hole, he had a pheasant in his mouth! He was soooo proud (as was I) and he just pranced around with it! What a bird dog! Update 4/21/10
"Here are a few pictures of buddy. He's getting super big fast.
Loves to go climbing with us. Very, very friendly to everyone
and every dog. He is also learning very quickly. He is pretty much potty
trained and hasn't had a an accident inside in a few weeks.
He is very quick at picking up commands. He has sit, stay and come already. I am able to go outside and he will stay until I call him...he is a very smart dog. Thank you so much. Look forward to hearing from you guys." Luke, Colorado

Update 01/15/09
I thought I would let you know how intelligent Abbey is. After four days

"Just a note to say got the puppy home safe and warm. He had a great
night. Our dauchound is afraid of him. Grand daughters wer here last
night and he had a hay day. Thank you again for everything, especcially

-SCOUT, Colorado-
Update 1/09
"Much to Scout’s chagrin, Lucy has latched on for good! Lucy
will do WHATEVER Scout does. For example, if Scout walks by me and sniffs
my leg, Lucy will follow and sniff my leg, if Scout walks to her day bed
and walks around it before she lays down, Lucy will do the same. It
is SOOO CUTE. Keep in touch and thanks for the great puppies"
Update 10/08
"Scout is SOOOOOOO cute. She is great on
voice command and I take her on 8-10 mile runs a few times a week. (the
rest of the time she loves to dig up my garden) Just kidding, she
is outgrowing some of her puppyness and has been nothing but an extreme
joy for the kids and us. Thank you for providing that for us.
She is quite the collector of goodies from around the house. She LOVES to unroll the toilet paper and shred it all over the house, and LOVES when the kids make a big leaf pile—she buries herself in it and rolls all around. She LOVES the water; I cannot take her anywhere where she does not seek out and submerged herself in any body of water we find—muddy, stagnate, or what not. Believe me, she gets plenty of baths around here. We have two squirrels in the yard that tease the living life out or Scout. She spends hours chasing them around the yard as they toy with her. So CUTE!
We are definitely interested in a second and FINAL puppy—as this would be a good time for Scout to have a buddy.Update 01/08
"Thanks for bringing such joy to our family. We are very serious

-RIGA, Idaho-

Update 01/08
"I thought you might like to see some pictures. I think he is
very comfortable here. It is easiest to get pictures of him when he is
sleeping because then he isn't running around so much. He loves to play
outside in the snow too. We really love him and are very happy to have
him in our home." -The Cleggs, Idaho
-TROUBLES, Pennsylvania-

Update 01/08
"We thought we would send you a copy of the annoucement we sent
introducing the newest member of our family - Cy (for Cyclones, get
it?) Doesn't he looks innocent? He is actually a little rapscallion
(i.e. a typical pup) He is always on the go and dragging things
around the house... Gotta RUN - Bye! " -The Anderson's, Iowa
